The two passing Hurricanes not only brought extremely high surf and waves from different directions than usual, they also brought a lot of exceptional rain and thus the waterfalls are in full swing – there are even waterfalls in areas where they are often dry, such as this one falling directly into the Pacific Ocean at Waipi’o Valley. We are lucky we made it through the fords with our Jeep!
