It was a long and cold winter, especially as experienced by the issues on the construction site. Besides that, it was actually quite nice to walk through snowy fields and white coated forests. But now, spring has fully arrived and everything is in bloom.
Near Mümliswil moving between the first and the second of the Jura chains, a small creek has created quite a big gorge.
We took a longer hike today to Obere Wechten in the Jura chain mountains. I had to complain a bit and then was really tired.
and getting along well with Dexter the Dalmatian! Why does Dexter have such a nice lawn and we are still living on a construction site where I am not allowed outside?!

Learning to be off leash without running off. This is tiring so I relax basking in the sun
As a puppy Farkas needs to limit the walking time and distance according to his age and size, but in Wisen it is luckily easy enough to find a hiking trail nearby.
A few days in, Farkas is discovering courageously his new surroundings, selecting his own food and decides when and where to snuggle.
An adventurous pickup took us to the Hungarian border and back in a day – welcome Farkas the Vizsla!
